5. Shipping & Delivery

We will make reasonable efforts to fulfill orders according to our advertised timeframes. However, delays can occur during peak seasons or due to unforeseen disruptions. We cannot guarantee order or delivery times. You agree that we are not liable for temporary delays that are out of our control.

You are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address, including contact details, where we can deliver your order. We are not responsible for deliveries that fail due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Shipping and handling charges will be calculated during checkout based on your items, their size and weight, and your selected shipping speed. Any relevant taxes, duties, and customs fees will also be added.

We currently deliver within the contiguous United States. We do not currently ship to P.O. boxes, Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or international destinations.

6. Returns & Refunds

If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us within 30 days of receiving your order for a full refund or exchange. Items must be returned in original condition with proof of purchase. Customized or special order items may have different policies.

You are responsible for all shipping and handling charges on returned items. We cannot issue refunds for any customs fees or import taxes paid.

Exchanges are subject to availability. We reserve the right to issue refunds rather than replacements if an identical item is out of stock or unavailable. Refunds will be credited using the original payment method.
